Somani’s started their textile business in Baramati. Following four decades of consolidation in retailing, the family entered into retail and majorly wholesale textile business culminating into a flourishing enterprise. Till date, Somani family have continued the tradition of excellence in their ancestral occupation and have more than 50 Shops in Maharashtra with two production mills in India.

Sunil Somani, in Pune, starts his own venture with meager resources but majestic aspirations.

In 1992, he commenced his first creation, a three-story building in Shukrawar Peth, Pune and in the ensuing four years, developed around 3,50,000 sq. ft. of construction.

We made rapid strides by reaching a milestone of 9,18,000 sq. ft.

In these six super years, we notched an impressive feat of 3.3 million sq. ft. of developed space.

During these four years, we leapt to an altogether new high, by clocking 6.1million sq. ft. of developed space.

The group is currently developing a 700 Acre Township that is under construction, and projects ranging of 6.4 M sq. ft. The impressive response and growth has motivated us to venture into varied verticals including Media & Entertainment, Telecommunication, Infrastructure, and more. We have established relationship with Nokia in distribution. Also, we have endeavored into movie productions with renowned banners in the Industry.
